At Inspired Impressions, we believe a candle is more than light — it's a ritual. Born from a passion for clean living and mindful craftsmanship, we handcraft every candle in small batches using only the finest plant-based ingredients.

Our candles are made with 100% soy wax and pure beeswax, infused with therapeutic-grade essential oils and superior fragrance oils. Each pour is an act of intention, creating a product that's as beautiful as it is responsible.

About Our Candles

Everything you need to know about what goes into our candles, how to care for them, and what makes them different.

Made with nature's finest ingredients, our candles feature 100% natural soy wax and beeswax sourced from renewable resources. Some of our custom-crafted candles are created with 98% natural soy wax to ensure beautiful molded designs and exceptional quality. Infused with pure essential oils and premium fragrance oils free from parabens and phthalates, every candle is lovingly hand-poured in small batches in Sammamish, Washington.

For our artisan decorative candles, the sculptural wax embellishments are crafted using a soy and paraffin blend to achieve fine detail — the candle base is always 100% natural soy wax.
Absolutely. Our soy and beeswax candles burn cleanly with virtually no soot or toxins. They're vegan, cruelty-free, and free from harmful chemicals. That said, always burn candles in a ventilated space, keep away from children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

For our decorative candles adorned with dried flowers, leaves, or botanicals — please remove any dried florals or leaves near the wick before lighting to ensure safe burning.
Burn time depends on the size: our 4 oz candles burn approximately 22–28 hours, 8 oz candles 40–50 hours, and our 16 oz signature candles 60–80 hours. Soy wax burns slower and cooler than paraffin, so you get more hours of ambiance from every candle. Keep the wick trimmed to about ¼ inch before each relight to prevent excess soot and uneven burning.
Trim your wick to ¼ inch before every burn. On the first light, let the wax pool reach the edges of the jar — this prevents tunneling. Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, and always burn on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts.

Custom fragrance blending and personalized labels are available for bulk orders. Yes! We offer candle-making classes for both adults and children ages 10 and above. For safety reasons, children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the class. We currently provide classes at your preferred location, making them perfect for birthday parties, private events, team-building activities, and special gatherings. At this time, we do not have a dedicated studio space for group classes, but we hope to offer one in the near future.
Yes — and we encourage it! Once your candle is finished, place the jar in the freezer for 30 minutes, then pop out the remaining wax. Wash with warm soapy water, and your beautiful jar is ready to use as a planter, storage vessel, or décor piece.
We source our supplies from reputable, high-quality vendors. Our wax includes all-natural soy wax from CandleScience and Freedom Soy Wax from American Soy Organics. Our premium fragrance oils and 100% pure essential oils are sourced from CandleScience, whose entire fragrance line is phthalate-free and paraben-free.

Wherever possible, we also choose fragrance oils that meet CandleScience's CleanScents+ standard — formulated without known or suspected carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, or acute toxins. Every candle we pour reflects our commitment to clean, natural, plant-based ingredients.
